Banana Bread Recipe

| 3 ripe bananas |

| 2 eggs |

| Flour |

350 gm. |
| Sugar |
3/4 cup |

| Baking powder / baking soda |
1 teaspoon |

| Chopped nuts |

Method |

Pre-heat your oven. Mix eggs and the well mashed bananas in a bowl. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder soda
and add to the mix. Mix well and add the nuts. Put the mix into a buttered loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour at 350oF, 180oC, gas mark 4. |
