Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
Flour 2 cups 12 oz. 350 gm.
Sugar 3/4 cup 6 oz. 175 gm.
Salt, 3 pinches
Baking powder / baking soda 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 5 gm.
Chopped nuts 1/2 cup 4 oz. 115 gm.
Method
Pre-heat your oven. Mix eggs and the well mashed bananas in a bowl. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder soda and add to the mix. Mix well and add the nuts. Put the mix into a buttered loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour at 350oF, 180oC, gas mark 4.
